Introducing the Change Management System: Thrive Day Serum and Calm Night Cream!

We are delighted to announce the launch of two new skincare products, The Change Management System. This innovative range is designed to help women deal with changes in the skin's texture, tone, and radiance due to a natural decline in hormones.

The Change Management System (CMS) consists of two products containing a unique blend of active ingredients formulated to help ease the impact of hormonal changes and decreased collagen:

  • Dryness: Menopause often leads to reduced oil production, causing the skin to become drier and less hydrated. Both CMS products contain Saccharide Isomerate which delivers immediate and long-lasting hydration for up to 72 hours. The products also contain a special blend of three peptides that can help improve the skin’s ability to retain moisture.

  • Thinning: Collagen and elastin levels decrease, resulting in thinner and more fragile skin that is prone to bruising and tearing. The peptides in the CMS products can improve skin texture by increasing its thickness and density.

  • Wrinkles and Fine Lines: Decreased collagen contributes to the formation of wrinkles and fine lines, particularly around the eyes, mouth, and forehead. The peptides in the CMS range can help to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture.

  • Sagging and Loss of Elasticity: Loss of elastin leads to sagging skin and reduced skin elasticity, making the skin less able to bounce back after being stretched. Peptides can enhance skin elasticity to prevent sagging and improve the overall appearance of the skin. Both products also contain Chinese Alder Leaf Extract which helps to reduce elastase activity and boost collagen production.

  • Hot Flashes and Redness: Fluctuating hormones can trigger hot flashes and facial redness, often referred to as "flushing." Both CMS products contain Albatrellus Confluens Extract which reduces microcirculation and therefore redness of the skin. The day serum contains Piperonyl Glucoside which blocks TRPV1 and TRPA1 receptors which in turn controls angiogenesis and diameter of blood vessels to visibly reduce redness.

  • Blemishes and Breakouts: Hormonal fluctuations may lead to an increase in blemishes and breakouts or exacerbate existing conditions in some women. The day serum contains Piperonyl Glucoside which has anti-bacterial properties, and the night cream contains Sodium Lactate which can help to fight breakout-causing bacteria on the skin. Both products contain Fermented Radish Root Extract which has antimicrobial and soothing properties.

  • Pigmentation Changes: Uneven pigmentation, such as age spots and sunspots, can become more prominent due to hormonal changes and accumulated sun exposure over the years. The night cream contains Niacinamide which inhibits melanin production, reduces the level of reactive oxygen species in the skin, and increases collagen production.

  • Increased Sensitivity: The skin can become more sensitive and reactive to environmental factors and skincare products containing Retinol. Albatrellus Confluens Extract can reduce skin discomfort by up to 100%. This rare mushroom extract blocks serotonin receptors which can reduce or even eliminate tingling or irritating skin sensations. The night serum contains Bakuchiol, which has all the benefits of Retinol without the potential dryness and irritation often associated with it.

  • Slower Healing: Skin's ability to heal and recover from wounds or damage may be compromised during the menopause. The peptides in the CMS range enable the skin to produce more collagen so it can repair and rejuvenate itself. Both products also contain Panthenol which helps to support the skin’s natural healing process by promoting cell regeneration and tissue repair.

  • Reduced Radiance: Diminished cell turnover and hydration can lead to dull, lacklustre skin. Albatrellus Confluens Extract (in both products) contains skin brightening compounds which can help to fade dark spots and even out skin tone. The day serum contains Piperonyl Glucoside, and the night cream contains Sweet Orange Extract, both of which have skin-brightening properties.

It is important to note that each person's experience is unique, and while these impacts are common, not everyone will experience all of them. A targeted skincare routine, lifestyle adjustments, and professional guidance can help mitigate these effects and support healthy, glowing skin during and after menopause.

THRIVE: Day Serum

This gel serum is expertly crafted to help women navigating the effects of change on their skin, including redness, irritation, sensitivity, as well as increased laxity, dryness, and dullness. The fusion of ingredients like Albatrellus Confluens (a rare mushroom extract) and Chinese Hickory extract serves to alleviate skin sensitivity and redness. This potent serum, designed to defy the signs of ageing, is enriched with three peptides that stimulate the generation of new collagen and elastin. Moreover, it reinforces the skin's protective barrier, further diminishing sensitivity. Notably, it aids in mitigating the impact of elastase, a factor contributing to the reduction of skin firmness during this phase of life.

CALM: Night Cream

Formulated with a potent blend of ingredients, CALM rejuvenates the skin while you sleep. This cream diminishes fine lines, enhances skin radiance, and guards against environmental stressors. Active ingredients like Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 work in harmony to stimulate collagen production, while Niacinamide evens out skin tone. Bakuchiol, a gentle alternative to Retinol, aids in improving skin elasticity. Albatrellus Confluens extract combats inflammation, while Panthenol restores moisture and imparts a plump, dewy look.
